Solex carb repair
Has anyone successfully repaired the thread for the main jet on a Solex carb? I have had the lids Helicoiled effectively but the main jet thread is down at the bottom of the aperture and an insert will require a thread to be cut in the outer part of the bore.
Alternatively, does anyone have a spare 32BI carb or body with decent threads? Ideally for 85C
