It is the correct diaphragm kit. Checked it against the new Standard pump. The primer works immediately and the lever lifts about half an inch before operating the diaphragm which is the same for the Standard pump.
Sorry for reviving a very old thread. This could be a red herring but I also have a replacement diaphragm that does not lift very much in operation. The priming lever barely works as a result. As mentioned earlier in this thread, I am wondering if I have the wrong diaphragm part and that it is about 5mm too long. The diaphragm shaft is about 38mm long.

Does anyone know if that is right?
