Default Sensation and Sensibility

This was the title of a 20 page Bristol article written by Leonard Setright in volume 2 of Automobile Connoisseur published circa 1970. The article is a concise history of Bristol Cars which ends with the 411 and contains numerous good photos (b&w and colour), some of which I don't recall seeing elsewhere.

Automobile Connoisseur was a high quality hard back publication along the lines of Automobile Quarterly, but by Speed and Sports Publications in the UK. Sadly it only lasted for 5 editions. Contributors included well know authors such as LJK Setright, Paul Frere, Eoin Young, Michael Sedgwick, Eric Dymock, John Bolster, and others.
