Jeremy Clarkson will no doubt consider the take over of Saab by
Koenigsegegegegegegegegegegegeg as being highly unusual, but it may
generate some much needed flair into a flagging brand. I reckon the
normally sober and sensible Swedish interior design will give way to
TVR-esque flourishes for detailed switch gear and other hand crafted
bits. My wife's 93 TiD wagon is OK albeit has the least comfortable
seats I've ever used and no where near as comfortable as an old 900
Turbo. As someone who works with turnarounds and restructuring, I am
baffled how a 45 man team can command one with 3400, unless of course
it is board level direction only - with small company ideas - perhaps
Saab will get back its Swedish identity after all.
