I was just about to say the same thing. Nick, if you have trouble uploading a photo, send it to webmaster-at-bristolcars.info and I will upload it for you (in the antipodean morning).

I take it Brian doesn't have any? (which is a bit of a worry)

If it's the same as the 408-411 then it's similar to those used on the Astons, but unfortunately not quite the same (different mounting style). However, it will be the diaphragm that has perished and those valves do come apart, so in a worst case scenario you could buy one for a DB6 and use it's innards to renovate your valve.
