Ha ha, I think that should read

Everyone knows the S5 is the best 411, although I suppose it has been eclipsed by the S6!

Frankly I don't know how anyone could determine the condition of the car from those photos. It could be all fine, but then it could just as easily require a lot of work costing many thousands of euros.

Ideally you need to get it on a hoist or over a pit and check thoroughly underneath. Would be a good idea to do a compression text on each of the engine cylinders.

What's the oil pressure reading when cold and at normal running temp?

Does everything work? heater, wipers, electric windows, cooling fans, brakes!

If it hasn't been used for a long time there's a good chance the brake caliper pistons will be rusty and the calipers will need to be overhauled and/or the master cylinder.

Any competent mechanic should be able to do an inspection - doesn't really have to be a Bristol specialist. However, someone who doesn't know Bristols would not know to check the top and bottom front coil spring seats are okay. see this thread
