Default Bristol-related and other old books

Hi all -

To clarify my earlier message about the asking price for Bristol
related books, anyone can check this by looking at addall.com (which
is the best site I know to look for any old book on the Internet).

There are currently 21 entries for "Bristol Cars and Engines" under
the "used" book tab, with "Setright" as the author and "Bristol" as
keyword, ranging from $223 to $600. I am amazed.

In the same search, there are 3 entries for "A Private Car: An
Account of the Bristol" ranging from $600 to $832, This seems to be
a higher price than the standard copy as advertised by Palawan as available.

I've only obtained a few books through addall.com, but always check
this source first.

Bob

PS There is an annual "swap meet" of automotive literature in the Los
Angeles area the last Sunday in June. I've been going to it for
about 20 years. Less vendors in the last few years. The current
location is the NHRA museum in Pomona.
