Default Maharaja of Jodhpur's RR Phantom I (1928)

I have posted some shots I took off my Nokia phone whilst at Alpine Eagle a couple of weekends back. I also added one of a rather special Bugatti being fully (nut and bolt) restored. The RR has exteremely complex and in many cases "fault tolerant" systems in case of failures (magnetos, plugs, etc.). This particular exmaple was flown across by 747 to be given a cosmetic overhaul to look like new for an impending celebration in November this year. It has 6 months of work to be done in less than 3 and will be flown back the same way - as cargo on a 747. Only 7K miles since new and back and rear bumpers were silver plated - apart from where elephant chains had rubbed the silver off during lack of petrol outings to picnics and back.
