Recent find

I’ve recently been made aware of this old lady.
She has been residing in dry storage for a number of years, having been put there by her owner who now sadly is deceased.
I’m trying to find out as much about the car as I can.
Any information gratefully received.

Details on the ID plate are as follows:-
Chassis no - 400-1-136
Engine no - 400-85A- 1010
