LED bulbs for Tripod Headlights?

I'm just starting to install a new wiring loom in my 403 and have to make some decisions about bulbs. Has anyone tried LED bulbs in the PF770 Lucas tripod headlights? If so, which ones and are they successful?

Those look good Peter thanks. These are the first I've seen where the LEDs are in the same postion as the filaments on a tungsten bulb. This is important for the tripod headlights because there's a cowl over the top of the bulb which looks as if it's there to provide the cut-off for the dip beam. Guess I'll try a pair.

The cowl stops direct light from the bulb.

I have one on my motorbike and found that it cuts out a lot of light from many of the bulbs I bought off e-bay with front facing diodes (the others couldn't cope with the vibration!).
