Modern Greases

I'm seeking modern equivalents for the recommended prop shaft greases for a 408: 'Regent Marfak HD2' for the front joint and 'Regent Marfak 0' for the rear joint. Would they be a lithium-type or a general multi-purpose gease? What do members use? thanks
