Leaking radiator

My 408 radiator leaked at the nearside top header where the mounting is. When out for repair I had the radiator recorded and an extra plate soldered on at the point on both sides.
14 months later, it has started leaking at the same place again! Radiator not overpressure, fans operating correctly, sits at 85c all day. HELP for suggestions, petrol and a match, or a very high cliff?
