Default 603/Brigand - easiest way to empty petrol tank?

As my Brigand has been standing in the garage for almost the whole pandemic, I think the petrol in the tank has turned to goo, and should probably be emptied out before I start the car in the spring. Any advice on the easiest way to get the old petrol out? Seems the filler spout has some sort of anti-theft grille that prevents a hand pump hose from going down.
