408 chassis number location
 
Hi, I presume the 408 has a chassis number stamped somewhere on the chassis so can anyone tell me where to find it please?

Yes, if it is like mine there should be a brass plate on the chassis in the engine bay

On my 411 S5 it is on the left, looking to the front of the car, of the heater box.
