reverselight switch
 

Hi all , can somebody tell me where I can find the reverse light switch of my Bristol 408 ?

I am afraid I am not going to be much help, I have traced on my wiring diagram the route to the switch it is a green wire from the indicator unit terminal 3. After the switch it is green and brown and goes to both lights split from the RH reversing light.
I suspect the switch is on the gearbox or behind the push buttons as it is only activated when the button is engaged.
That is of course assuming your car has a chassis number below 408/7200/

I do have a new old stock workshop manual. Spares handbook and Drivers handbook. Not Photostats the original manuals.
