411 Transmission shifter adjustment
 

Does anyone have any info on how to adjust the transmission shifter/selector linkage please? It's a411 S3 if that makes any difference(unlikely, I agree...)
Don't shout at me if there's already posts on this - I searched under various combinations of gear/transmission/selector/shifter and no results, hence new question!
