My car has the same headlamps as yours, which are 290 x 160mm and stamped Lucas H4.
There were some 'Talbot Chrysler Avenger' headlamps on EBay (which apparently are the same as Chrysler Alpine & Simca 1308) but the size was given in the advert as 270 x 170mm, so this does not appear to be the source vehicle (Part No 75066964).
The other possibility is the Fiat Ducato/Peugeot J5/ Citroen C25/Talbot Express headlamp, but I have not been able to obtain dimensions. The French though are not likely to have used a Lucas part.
The rear number plate lights are from the Ford Escort MK3/Fiesta MK2 and following the British/Lucas/Ford link, several Fords from that era had rectangular headlamps - Capri Mk2 (Part #54529592), Granada, Cortina Mk4 ( &Taunus in Germany), but again I have not yet obtained dimensions or seen any to measure.
The only other suggestion I can make is to remove the headlamp unit to see if there are any part numbers on the back of the unit. There are numbers on the glass - 54515073 (L) & 54515074(R) but nothing showed up on the internet for these particular numbers....
