Default Power quarterlight windows

Hi all -

I wasn't sure if "quarter light" was a front "vent" window or a rear
hinged window - wikipedia says it can be both:

My '66 Imperial has power (front) vent windows, controlled by an
electric motor and a flexible cable. I recently heard one flex joint
break loose, so have a fix ahead of me.
