Using the link on BOC site. or using Google, is only giving a page with the RED badge, is there a new address? |
New Bristol Webside

A magnificent spelling mistake on the Introduction page with Bristol Cars anticipating Scottish independence with "Untied Kingdom"! Also some confusion in cars and prices on the Sales page.
Otherwise very good Richard |
Just came from a virtual visit to the web page.
very professional, very well executed, very well-made, the attention to detail is very good, and intentions for past and present cars are good as well, as they want to preserve heritage. But... the future, does not look as bright, IMHO. They are strongly commited to building a cheapo electric thing with no heart, the heart of a car is its engine, not the fastest-depreciating and self-destructing element: silicium, present in all electronic boards. I agree that a sign of the times is going towards more fuel-efficient and more economic to build cars, but that's one thing, and another thing is relying exclusively on electricity, and that is not in Bristol's DNA, has never been (except for the Bristol Zagato Zele), in fact, they have always been commited to quality and long-lasting, all models built from 1946 share that. That does not seem to be the case with the future ones. I wish them the best of luck, ot is like an aircraft jump with no parachute. Happy Wednesday to everyoine |
I agree: the website looks very professional, very well-made - but it has a distinctly nostalgic feel about it.
