Garage find

I am trying to settle an estate and have found a Arnolt Bristol burried in a garage. I am looking for information on how to value this car in order to sell it. I don't know the vintage and have no title.Is there a way to tell the vintage by using the vin? Unfortunatly the original engine and trans have been sold,the car has a replacement engine in it now. The body appears to be in rough shape and as it is burried I am not able to see the complete car. Any help that is offered will be greatly appreciated.
