Default Trouble drilling out screws on 409
The screws attaching the plated brass window frame are hopelessly corroded and many will need to be drilled out. The ones I can access from behind aren't a problem but the others won't budge. I've tried titanium and cobalt drill bits but nothing appears to penetrate whatever alloy was used on these. Has anyone else had to deal with this issue?
