Default 405 rear ash frame replacement.

The ash boot surround in my 405 has perished far beyond the point of saving, or in fact to usefully provide patterns.

Do any forum members know of an ash frame restorer in the north of England?

Grateful for any help or advice.

I have a spare 405 boot lid which also is suffering from ash decay, however, it is good enough to take patterns.

With regard to an ash restorer in the North, I know a guy in the West Midlands who works from home and he has done work for friends of mine on Austin Big 7 doors and Rolls Royce vanity units and fascias which are excellent. He is very reliable and very reasonable.

Get in contact with me if you are interested and I will discuss the options with you.
