Default Bristol cylinder head

Hello I do have a Bristol cylinder head with the following numbers on it. Part number N320883 and serial number 1543. Can anyone identify the year of manufacture and the Bristol engine/car it would belong to? what would the valve sizes be?

This Cylinder Head was originally fitted to 401 chassis 260 .
The casting is the same as a standard 400 head with the balance tube/port between the three inlet ports .
For use with 3 Solex carbs on the 85C / 401 engine the centre inlet port is sleeved to block the balance tube/tube.

It looks to be in good condition . What are you planning to do with it ?
Use , keep or sell it ??

I am going to use it on my 1938 FNBMW 320 the head works fine with the BMW engine, still having some issues with the intake valves. Attached before and after pictures.

Default pistons

Hi Geoff.
I did change the pistons from the flat top bmw pistons to the domed Harley Davidson motorcycle pistons see pics. Hope that it will work out.

Hi Geoff
I am planning on using the head on my FNBMW 320 convertible. I did have it installed on the bmw block and it worked fine except for some leaking intake valves. Still looking for an airfilter.
