403 Handbrake Cable

I am trying to build or buy an Handbrake Cable for a 403. I have the actual Hand Brake Handle including ratchet etc and I have all of the linkages that attach to the differential but nothing in between. Neither inner or outer Cable are available. Photos would be helpful and the sizes and lengths of both inner and outer. Perfection would be if somebody had one for sale. I assume they will be the same as a 401.
