An odd but simple question. Where are the horns located on a 400? Mine appear to be missing........

Clifford ,
they are attached to a angle iron bracket which is bolted to the steering
rack securing bolts . I can send you a photo if required ,

On mIne they are in the center in front of the main spring. Basically some
8" behind the front number plate.
Others may vary and in some 60 + years....
