Brake booster rebuild in Australia?
I've just discovered brake fluid dripping from one of the brake boosters (servos) on my 411
Can anyone recommend a good place to get brake boosters rebuilt in Australia (preferably in Melbourne)? Oh, and what's the best way to clean brake fluid from the wing bay? |

Kevin ,
There is one company that I have used for many years . They only recondition Brake Booster/Servos Hydroboost 45 Mc Swains Rd Echuca Vic 03 5480 0886 Contact Terry Morgan hydroboost@bigpond.com www.hydroboost.com.au They provide a good service and are reasonably priced. The best way to remove brake fluid is to rinse with plenty of water , then maybe wash with soapy water . The important thing will all cars using conventional brake fluid that are not regularly used ,is to bleed the whole system with new fluid each few years . Geoff |
