Looking for information about this 603

This is my first post here, execuse me for my language - I'm write from Poland.

I found this photo in other topic here and I'm totally fall in love with this car. I'm looking for any info about it, also for more photos. These stainless trim was factory option ? It's 603 or 603S2 ? From which car wheels were borrow ? Is it lower than other 603 ? Wider track too ?

Now is clear that this is S2 with wider rear axle. I'm courious what mean: "Upgraded grill and side vents" and "Lockable compartments in the rear" ? Also interesting is an owner - "ex-celebrity"..?
