Default Support for BOC, BODA and BOHT
Agreed on RIP Bristol.

We should all give our support to the BOC, BODA and BOHT in their efforts to salvage what they can from the BCL wreckage - records, spares, drawings - although it looks like this is not a situation which will be swiftly concluded.
