Default The Bristol

It is most important to know what year the car was manufactured and what model is happens to be. As with most cars, the selling price will be determined by the condition. No question the cars are rare and it may fetch a good price. If could post a picture, or pictures, that would be a great help. All the best.

C reg was 1965.

Assuming it's wearing it's original plates it's likely to be either a 408 Mk2 or a 409.

The 408 Mk2 is the rarer of the two.

Looking forward to seeing the photos!

My series one 408 was registered as a 65 C reg, so I guess it's just how long it took to register the car ! A picture of the gear change buttons would help.

I would guess the following guidelines...

Tatty -- £500 to £1500

On the road needing restoration -- £5000 to £10000

Restored -- £25000 to £35000

Mine was in the last category but it cost more than that to get it to that standard ! So even if you got a tatty one for £1, it would be cheaper to buy restored if you want a nice one.

Be careful :-)
