Default 408 Fpf 678 B

I just wondered if this car (former UK registration No.), which I used to own, was truly in Australia? I considered buying it when it came up for auction a year or two back, but I was told by the BOC that it had gone to Australia so wondered if anyone on this list knew what happened to it?

Last time I saw it, it was in much need of heaps of TLC!

George,
I have checked the BOCA Register and the 408's that are known to be in Australia are

Chassis 7001 was UK regn "409UHU"
7034 Australian Delivered new.
7039 was UK regn "EPD200"

There could be others , but unlikely!!

Geoff

Thanks Geoff, when I was still a member of the BOC I checked FPF 678 B either under the 408 list or cars recently sold and one of these also suggested that it had gone to Australia.

Probably the same source as that which I was told by someone from the club.

George
