Hi
What I did was Copy and Paste your calendar entry into a New Thread on this board.
Hope the thread title is OK.

Thank you Penman, I must learn how to cut and paste,
it is all a complete mystery to me.

When you can't find a pull-down menu or nothing else seems to work:

1. Highlight photo or text you want to cut or copy

2. "Ctrl-X" (that is, press both the Control and the "X" key at the
same time) to cut; "Ctrl-C" to copy.

3. Switch to application or place where you want the photo or text.

4. "Ctrl-V" to paste.

Has worked for me 99.9% of attempts!

Hi Nick
I can never remember the short cuts which RGS mentions, so I highlight using the mouse left button, then right click on the highlighted area and select Cut or Copy, then using the right button in the receiving location select Paste.
Now there are 2 methods for you to try.

Or on an Apple the usual 'Apple' key routines rather than the 'control'
