Spell checking tip

Some members may have noticed that this site does not an in-built spell checker - it prompts you to download an Internet Explorer add-in called "iespell". This is a default of the vBulletin software we used to build this site.

However, I prefer to use the spell checker built into Google Toolbar. This link will detect what browser you are using and will display the correct Google Toolbar download page. It's available for IE, Firefox and Chrome, but not Safari (at the time of writing this post).

After installing the Google Toolbar, if the spell check function doesn't display on the toolbar by default, go into Adjust Toolbar Options (the spanner symbol on the right hand side of the Google Toolbar) then go into "Tools" , select the "Spell Check" then Save.
