Il signor Touring - Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni
This is a nice coffee-tabled sized book of about 250 pages with text in Italian and English. It is about Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni, his life, his designs and his company of Touring Superleggera. It consists mainly of interviews with him talking to the author and recounting his memories. It is very well illustrated with many good photos of his beautiful designs.
There are some pages about his Bristol connections with some photos. I got my copy about a year ago from Amazon for roughly 90USD - good value. Richard |

Il signor Touring - Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni
Hi all -
It seems there should be a source/webpage for reviews of the Bristol books, including those like the Touring book. I do not recall seeing a mention of two inexpensive (relative) books I bought a few years ago in a Burbank auto bookstore (perhaps the best in the US): "Bristol Cars: A Brooklands Portfolio" and "Bristol Cars", by Unique Motor Books. Both are collections of road tests and articles, certainly a good start for anyone just getting interested in Bristol. Bob |
