My visits to Kensington High Street occurred prior to Mr. Hackett's joining up with Toby...though I've not met him, I've chatted with him a number of times (sufficent so that he recognizes my Kentucky twang), and have found him to be most pleasant and cooperative.

It is a treat to make the visit.
