Default Further, with regard to Kensington High Street showroom, et al

This notice now appears at the Bristol Cars website…I’m sure many of you have seen it, but I now saw it for the first time…

Trevor J Binyon and Thomas C Maclennan of RSM Tenon Recovery were appointed joint administrators of Bristol Cars Limited (''the Company'') on 3 March 2011. The joint administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the Administrators.
Information about the administration process is available at RSM Tenon's insolvency website.

When one looks at the insolvency website, one finds further direction another site, where is found this, in part:

Sale Details
The company has a long and proud tradition of bespoke car manufacture calling on its aeronautical heritage, and currently offers a four model range. A full appreciation of the marque's history and heritage can be gained from visiting the company's website at Bristol Cars Ltd - Servicing.
The principal assets include:
• Historic British automotive brand with significant heritage.
• Current range includes Fighter V10 2 seat sports car, Blenheim V8 sedan, Blenheim Speedster and the Series 6 V8 sedan.
Kensington Showroom, factory and restoration facility in Bristol
• IPR to support current and legacy model range.

• Significant spares stocks to support current and legacy model range.
• Trade Marks supporting the badge and logo, Bristol name and Fighter model name

Emphasis by bolding added.

This clears up any question about Kensington High Street, I’d say.

Maybe a perfect human being like Eric will buy the business and then it will all run perfect forever and ever.........

Eric promised to do web sites and run adverts in car magazines exposing everyone that conned him by breaking their promises !

I bought my car in America and engine parts have been lost .
I tried to order parts at the Service and they answered me that many of them are not available .
Toby called me to proposed to rebuild my cylinder head , gearbox , rear axle and rear suspnsion unit etc ....
He said ... who better then us can rebuild your car .... we made it in 1954
I asked for their best parts and accepted everything proposed .
They deceived me on each part

I paid all my invoices ( even double billing for my rear suspension units £744 ) and £1410 for a camshaft they refuse to send me .

Eric, if you want to discuss your head (again) I can open up the old thread on the topic from last year which was hidden at your request. Do you want me to do that?

Either way, please do not hijack this thread - it's not about your cylinder head!

Regards,
Kevin
