Ex Lord McAlpine Brigand at a London auction house.

MCA813 was transferred to the Brigand by John Emery in Feb 86 from my 603E, which was YCA909S when purchased by the original owner, who kept it until 83. In June 84 the reg had become MCA813 and was with dealer R F Fussle.

I had someone bid on this car for me at an auction in London approx 8-9 years ago (where the photo above was taken), it was he who told me it was an ex Lord McAlpine car, although I gathered this had something to do with the number plate. So in light of what you have said this is probably not correct. I was told the winning bidder was Bristol Cars.
