What country and City is it in? From the writing I assume the USA. If it
is buried and you can't see the complete car it may be hard to determine
without further digging.

I echo Bill's comments that with the chassis or car number we might be able
to provide some assistance. Obviously the value of the car is hampered by
the lack of engine and transmission. With some photos we might be able to
hazard an opinion as to value, which also be might be affected by location,
Europe or North America etc.
