Exactly what I did, and I’ve always had very good service from Rock Auto too. From memory, it needed a tiny bit of grinder persuasion to fit on a big block.

Simply because there’s a lot more aftermarket support for the LS engines and associated gearboxes, and not very much for the third gen Chrysler Hemis.
